Der Düsseldorfer Künstler und Musiker "Joe Blues" stammt aus dem Ruhrpott und gehört zu den Urgesteinen des Blues an Rhein und Ruhr. Seit 1963 spielt Joe in Bands als Sänger, Gitarrist und Harpspieler.  Bandleader, Sessionmusiker, Live, Studio, TV, Radio.
Joe’s Programm:  Blues, Jazz der 20er/40er Jahre,  Rock’n Roll der 50er/60er Jahre und Modern Rhythm & Blues.

Joe Blues Band 2009

"Joe Blues" is a musician and artist who's a native of Germany, most notably from an area called "Ruhrgebiet" long known for its melting pot of german blues and rock music. Located in Duesseldorf on the Rhein, Joe is one of the originators of the "german blues" scene along the Rhein and Ruhr.
His influences include british skiffle and blues music from the 50's and 60's, early authentic american blues from the 20's and 40's, as well as contemporary blues. All this makes for an amazing and varied blues program that keeps audiences on their feet.
"Joe Blues Band", as his band is known, combines swinging rhythms and rocking beats, with cool guitar licks paying true homage to the original sounds.
